Try free first, then decide
Typefree offers a free edition (up to 1,000 characters of input per day) so you can fully try it and confirm it fits you before buying the paid edition. We recommend this approach, and it avoids most refunds.
30-day, no-questions-asked refund
Within 30 days of purchasing the paid edition, if you are not satisfied you may request a full refund — no reason required.
How to request
- Email ray@typefree.app with your purchase email or order number and a brief note; or
- Use the link in your purchase confirmation email from our payment provider, Paddle.
How the refund is processed
Refunds are issued by our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record / reseller) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (exact timing depends on your bank or payment channel). The associated license key will be deactivated after a refund.
Free edition
The free edition requires no payment and involves no refund.
